If its not Cad Bane, then HT needs to go home and rethink its life.

I wish Lucas had went with Genndy instead of Filoni to lead TCW.I'm pretty confident we'll get Mace and new Kenobi from the series at Celebration.
Don’t give them ideas

Genndy understood these characters.
Fun fact, I just finished reading the new canon novel Brotherhood and it makes a passing mention to a time when Mace Windu mowed down armies of droids on Dantooine. So I guess that segment of Tartakovsky CW is canon? Or at least his abilities in it. Pretty cool. When he's Force-assisted running and then spins into a corkscew and the audio makes it seem like he's creating a sonic boom. . .that is badass.Eh, both had their pros and cons, after Filoni found his footing, he did a damn good job with these characters as the later seasons went on.
Genndy Clone Wars had his Jedi wayyyyy too powerful, especially as we saw so many of them die on Geonosis before the clone army came, but some of his action sequences are still awesome to watch to this day.

My guess is they save Bane for SDCC. Hot Toys always has a presence there and I think they've historically shown a bunch of prototypes there. Weren't Anakin and Tarkin both first shown at SDCC?If its not Cad Bane, then HT needs to go home and rethink its life.

Well said. Tartakovsy infused the Clone Wars era with a ton of kinetic energy and visual flair with a timeless aesthetic.
What we got from the micro series is amazing, but it’s unlikely more of the emotional core of the war - especially with Clones - would’ve been explored.
Filoni gave the Clones a lot of depth, emotion, heroism, and tragedy that few other people that worked on Clone Wars era projects were able to tap into. The other characters too, but Clones especially, and for that I’m grateful.
The best part of Boba Fett, next to Mando, was the rattlesnake from Rango.
The thing is seeming the majority of the footage we've had is from the first two episodes have we even seen his main outfit for the show yet? If they're waiting until say episode 3 to show his main outfit then it's unlikely we'll see a Disney+ Kenobi until after Celebration. I think there's more chance of AOTC Obi-Wan and Anakin going up this week than Kenobi versions of either.I'm curious if Hot Toys would be willing, or Disney would allow, to put solicitations up for more than one Obi Wan Kenobi for 2022. Disney will want their Disney+ Kenobi to take priority but with the demand for TCW and then the 20th anniversary of AotC. It'll be interesting to see how it unfolds.
As for Celebration, does Hot Toys focus on AotC and then leave Kenobi for SDCC? Or will they reveal a Kenobi prototype since it premieres during Celebration? Quite an exciting weekend to look forward to.
