By the 20th anniversary in 2025, we'll be 3-6 months from everyone who ordered a Love and Thunder Thor figure having received it, and Hot Toys will likely be on a three year wait by then with prices approaching $330-350 for a standard figure. So, we'll be paying a lot of money for a figure we won't have until 2028.

No way. Another Vader mostly double-dip reuse for HT? They'll be on this quickly. Next week I imagine. Why save it for SDCC? Get that money, boi.

It depends if Hot Toys received any concept art or photos from the show to see Vader's damaged helmet. If Disney kept that reveal close, similar to Luke in Mandalorian, 6 months would be accurate.

I'm in Wor-Gar's camp - no way HT sits on this one for 6 months. Even if the battle damaged helmet with Anakin's creepy face inside isn't ready, they'll have it as the main deluxe accessory and do the old "to be revealed soon". A majority of us will still pre-order it sight unseen because well, we're SW fans and we're a sorry lot.

I'm passing on Thor because he was phoned in.

Look at Cad Bane then - a stellar release. Looking forward to seeing their upcoming Star Wars releases at SDCC.

Yeah, you can tell the effort that was put in with Cad Bane. I'm really happy we lucked out with them bringing their A game for him.

While Thor uses a 7 year old sculpt with a few changes here and there. Lets hope they put better effort for the other figures from that film. I'm looking at you Jane.

Honestly hoping we get Anakin and Obi-Wan re-issues for the anniversary as I wasn’t collecting when the first released and prices are sky high on those two now. Sidious and Yoda are high on my list as well.

ROTS anniversary is gonna be glorious. We are lucky Howard is such a big PT fan because I think us boys will eat good.

It’s no doubt the best Star Wars movie and the figures we could get from it are just impeccable.

- Senate red pre-ballsack Palpatine/Sidious (with 2 sabers as seen in TCW and a deluxe ballsack sculpt?!)

- Diecast Grevious

- Diecast Magnaguards

- Diecast Droidekas

- Clones! (Commanders Bly, Neyo, Gree, Bacara; 327th Star Corps, 91st Recon Corps, 41st in their Kashyyyk gear, GALACTIC MARINES, 212th + Airborne)

- Any of the main Jedi Council members + Luminara off the top of my head

- Yoda w/ROTS headsculpt

- Dooku, Anakin/DS Anakin, and Kenobi reissues

- A stretch but maybe some sepratists like Nute or Wat-Tambor

- Padmé?

- Chewbacca/Tarful?

Who/What else am I missing here?!

It is such a great movie. Split perfectly into three individual acts, each exciting and different enough from the last to make multiple rewatches a complete adventure.

Every time that bug flies past in Kashyyyk my stomach drops because I know what’s coming!

Lando & Snowspeeder Luke
Is Bespin Luke a 40th release?
Am I missing any figures?
I could see HT rereleasing one or 2 figures and giving us 2 new ones.
I’m hoping for Leia Boussh & Endor Han (but who am I kidding, since we haven’t even gotten Bespin Han)
Maybe a General Lando figure?

Yeah lol, this and final duel Obi and his blue look are some figures I'm really looking forward to.

Though I'm not too sure we'll get his blue look from the premiere episode. I hope they put their A team on it, like they did with Bane.
