The blue parka most likely won’t even appear in Andor S2. And that’s my “jumping the gun” speculation like you guys often do.

But yes, this is the dream RO display for me.
And he did wear different (warmer) pants with the blue parka look, as an fyi.
I have no idea if it will appear in Andor 2, likely not, but I just want that outfit on my shelf if I had a choice. It's busy and cool and reminds me of Hoth style.

I heard Gareth picked the blue parka for Cassian to show his support for Han's blue parka in ESB.
Oh my. I’m just saying based off your response and jaz’s where it’s like y’all think the S2 finale outfit will be the same RO hero outfit. But based off reference material, it doesn’t seem like it would be. So to my point, it’s best just asking or hoping for a proper RO Cassian.

I don't care as I sold all my Rogue One figures when they refused to finish the set with Baze... BUT, I'd say it's possible that we've not seen the RO look on Cassian as it'd spoil something at the end of Andor. I hope that folks do get a proper RO Cassian as I thought that was a great movie and I was bored to tears by Andor S1...
No, I never said that... and no I don't think that.
I know he wears multiple outfits in Andor 2.
All I know is that Gilroy said the last episode will dovetail right into the events of RO. No idea if that means he'll be wearing his "stillsuit" in the last shot of Andor 2 or not. I didn't take Gilroy's comment that literally.
Well what I’d like to know is why ask for a hybrid Andor “S2 finale”/ RO figure. Cause if Gilroy is right, then he’d be wearing this outfit….

Cause most people would simply want a proper RO based figure for RO Cassian and those whom want a Andor show based figure would rather have the long coat look from S1.

For me, I'd like the parka... and I said I hope it makes an appearance somewhere in the Andor 2 series so that, if HT were to make it, it could cover both Andor 2 and RO. That was all I said.

But it won’t be (most likely), which is why I responded with clarifying that the outfit Cassian wears at the very beginning of RO isn’t the same as the “Rogue One look” aka the hero look, given what Gilroy said and source material shows.
The blue parka Jedha City look will end up being an entirely separate look, that’s exclusively based on RO.

And I still care cause that’s the specific look I’d ideally want to pair with my Jyn figure. Which if they were to do a RO Cassian (blue parka or not) I’d probably upgrade it with the 357partment repaint and root job by TeTsu.
And I actually liked Andor Season 1 episode 6 (aside from a few gripes) and the finale, but otherwise, didn’t care for the show as much as others do.

I was agreeing with the part where he said "killing two birds with one stone". I said I preferred a RO/Andor 2 outfit that was in both Andor 2 and RO... because I do not have an Andor display. I had previously expressed what outfit I want. After that, my 2nd choice would be an outfit that was in both series and movie.

“Andor s2 finale/RO Cassian look” would mean it’s interchangeable and the same. But it most likely will not be.
And yes, I left that part out cause it’s irrelevant as the blue parka look will end up being an entirely separate look, which still doesn’t change what you previously said.

Your assumption of what will be and what "most likely will not be" has no bearing on my preference. I don't understand what you mean when you say "the blue parka is irrelevant because its a separate look" -- it's not irrelevant to my post, it was simply a style I would like to see again somewhere in the show, and of course its a separate look -- but if it ends up appearing in Andor 2 Episode 2 for a brief moment even (let's say) and it appeared in RO, then that serves my purposes.
