I'm thinking that Sideshows run of 1/6 Star Wars figures in it's entirety might be petering out. HT looks to be making almost any character that has any significant screen time from TFA and since they're are heavy into the OT as well, not much to do in terms of big characters there. I'm unsure how many other lesser/simpler characters we would actually buy at the current price point. Also the clone cash cow doesn't have the same allure any more and if the rumors that Disney don't want PT figures what more is there to do? I know that I bought quite a few clones, but didn't even look twice at the last three releases (last five clones).

Rebels maybe, but I don't know how big that show is. Since they SSC already make good money on every HT Star Wars figures they distribute I would think that there is a real possibility that they might call it a day. After all there aren't any new SSC releases for Terminator figures or Robocop figures either were there were before.

Yeah, I don't think they'll be touching the new sequels in 1:6. Doesn't make much sense for them to do so, IMO. They're better off just getting their cut via distribution. They must be making a killing off that and with no investment or risk (beyond overstock).

I bet the next figure is something, something trooper. It's a hunch I have.

hammer head would be awesome

Back in my day, it was the aliens and creatures kids made a fuss over.

Now it's all troopers with Hasbro nerf and super soaker guns.

I would take even a Sideshow version of these. They've gotten a lot better over the last 8-10 years.

Really? I have to say that don't own any human SS figures, but from all the pictures I've seen them seem a bit....off.
