Well no matter which team you think is better, which at this point looks like it can be either one,but it'll be interesting how a Kaepernick-led 49ers team does at home this year against Seattle compared to an Alex Smith-led checkdown 49ers team. I liked Alex, but the 49ers were on such a short leash with him.

It helps to keep in mind that the 49ers traveled east to NE the week before and played a very physical football game against the Pats. Fast forward to the next week and they then have to go up to Seattle, always a tough place to play, and you could tell the team was more than a little drained. Also, Justin Smith tore his tricep against the Pats. After that the pass rush was not the same, Aldon Smith also got hurt around this time but played through. In the end that, Justin Smith not being 100%, cost us the Super Bowl, in my opinion.... I'm not saying we would have won in Seattle, not at all, but the score is really not indicative of what the score line would normally be. Perhaps more like 24-20, Hawks?
As a Niner fan I'm hoping Russell regresses a bit.

The whole defense had a bum shoulder that game. Everybody was a Harbaugh would say "working through something" Our little brothers finally beat us one game then they are satisfied. Truth is, if RG3 doesn't go down, Redskins would have beat them as well. Seahawks had quite a bit of luck on their side all season. Starting with the fail mary.

This city is king of the "be nice to everyone" attitude. I am loving a team finally talking some trash and backing it up... its fantastic.

It's Pete Carroll... Most Hawks fans I know still hate him from SC... I know I do.
I liked him as USC but he's trying that at the nfl level. Problem neither him nor his team has doe anything for which they should.

Frisco just had 2 good yrs outta ..what ..., like 15 ? 2 yrs ago ..., I think was like the 1st time They Ever won in Century Link Field..., I was there, and Good Old Jarvis Jackson gave it Away...., right after Beast Mode Rushed, Yes Rushed for a TD Against Frisco..., the ONLY Rushing TD Against Frisco that Yr is Owned by Seattle. lol.
