So satisfied with football this week.

1) - And most importantly...the Steelers won

2) - Nebraska won

3) - I won one of my pick'em pools (won't get results of the second one until Thursday)

4) - My son and I won our fantasy game.

I am a happy camper this week!

According to Yahoo Sports Jerod Mayo could miss the rest of the season after having surgery Tuesday to repair a torn pectoral muscle.

I know injuries are part of the game, but it seems like it's just coming left and right this year. Tough loss.:banghead

I am not sure who has had it worse, Pats, Chargers, or Falcons. All three seem to just keep getting hit with injuries this year.

We have lost a key player almost every game. One game we only had Anquan as the lone viable receiver. Patrick Willis just came back. Ian Williams is out. Nnamdi is out. Manningham just got back to practice today. Crabtree isn't back til next month. Not to mention the three rookies that were already injured. Quinton Patton fractured his foot. Next man up.

It's been a brutal season for the Niners-health wise. Glad to see Dorsey might be okay.

Saw Kapernick has been dealing with a mysterious foot injury since Week 1, but they havent gone into specifics about it that I know of.

You won't get anything from Harbaugh except the traditional "He's working through something" quote. One thing about a foot injury is, it doesn't get better playing on it.

Agreed. That and "dodged a bullet" or the most detail he ever goes into on injury updates.

:lol

Although this was a nice result....

Minnesota 34
Pittsburgh 27 (Week 4)

If you want a good laugh, tune in to Monday Night Football this week. :lol

At least the Josh Freeman trial begins.

LOL...Yeah...unfortunately...there is no sugar-coating the Steelers' woes.

However...I still have faith that they will bring it around.

Oh dear cardinals fans..... I can only imagine what we are going to do to you in the clink.....

Once the hawks are at full strength with percy, okung, wagner ect this team is gonna be hard to beat Go Hawks!! And you gotta love Wilson on and off the field the dude is a beast not bad for the 75th pick of the draft

They're a scary team now and will only get scarier with health. If other NFC teams have aspirations of playing in New Jersey this February they should hope the Seahawks don't have home field throughout the playoffs.

All I wanted to do today is watch the Eagles and Cowgirls. It's slightly ruined by Brennaman. I can't stand his baby talk announcing. I guess it's Foist down time! :monkey4
