WELP TIME TO ROOT FOR ARIZONA NEXT WEEK LOL

Offside on Aldon smith, roughing the passer and ran through the receiver for the int and not a flag WOW that's the NFL for you

The Falcons are right where the Eagles were last year. Injured and poorly coached. They can come around I do believe.

It's just the defense isn't holding up which has been the case for a while and no Julio. In this league nowadays you need 2 WRs two survive.

That's why I believe the Eagles will be absolutely deadly next year. They get Maclin back. So then it will be Jackson, Maclin, Cooper, and McCoy. Polk is also turning into a weapon. They need to pick up one or two more studs on D and it's over.

They are part of the NFC East so you'll never know. Cowboys are a Defensive Coordinator away. Redskins are an RG3 away. Giants are a championship Eli away. The Eagles have been in this position for some time now with almost the same roster. What's gonna happen though is now teams have film against Philly. And the Eagles plays are basic due to the hurry up no huddle offense and it seems that they are scripted. Next year they will be playing the NFC West and their own rivals. The whole NFC East will be back in the same position they were in for the past 4 years. I also predict another NFC East championship game next year.

The Eagles aren't even close to having the same roster. They only have like 5 players that experienced a playoff game three years ago.

For the record RG3 sucks. He is another Vick. He will do some amazing things but that's not enough.

Very well said. I agree wholeheartedly.

And wow what an incredible game last night. I knew Atlanta would play well against us after we knocked them out from a possible Super Bowl, but it was a fun game to watch. It was a tale of two halfs for the Niners. I'm interested at what was said during halftime to have the 49ers come out so much more efficiently on offense. Defense wasn't as dominant as usual and Eric Reid probably had his worst game so far. But Willis and Bowman played lights out. Willis was smacking people left and right and Bowman is a playmaking machine.

What a glorious way to send out Candlestick Park. I think even Niner haters got to appreciate the feeling in the air last night. Something magical had to happen--it was the only way to really close up shop in the home of the 49ers, if it is indeed the last game there. Wish I was in attendance.

You can't predict that division. Crazies division in all of sports.

The thing about the NFC East is that it's always in a state of flux. I've stated I'm a Cowboys fan, but I'll give credit where it's due and the Eagles have had a good season; having said that, they've had a few breaks as well, such as playing the Packers without Rodgers (yes, I know Dallas faced the Packers without Rodgers as well, but Flynn played a lot better than Tolzein [spelling?]) and playing the Lions in a blizzard.

Had the defense done what they were supposed to do and made even one stop in two games (Detroit and Green Bay...I won't mention the other close losses that Dallas had) this would be a different conversation.

Dallas and Philly are similar in that they are loaded in the offensive skill positions (WR, TE, RB...but Shady McCoy is phenomenal and DeMarco Murray can't stay on the field the entire season). Foles has had a great season, but I'd still take Romo over him, just based on the fact that there's such a small sample size to base it on.

Both defenses need work...but Philly clearly has the upper hand in coaching. The game has passed Monte Kiffin by. His Tampa Two scheme was great before the emergence of the spread offense. Bill Callahan is a horrible OC. And Jason Garrett...well, he's obviously a smart man and was a decent OC, but this will be three straight 8-8 seasons.

Unless DeMarco Murray carries the ball 40+ times, Demarcus Ware finally shows up this season and has a multi-sack game, and the D finally stops someone, Philly is the four seed in the NFC playoffs.

Also, as crappy as Dallas has been, this is the third straight year that they've been in a position to win the division in the last game of the season. Not a vote of confidence in Dallas, but more of an indictment of the NFC East.

I'm absolutely rooting for the Cowboys. Unless somehow we get the 1st or 2nd seed, then I'm rooting for the Eagles :)

I'm pretty sure if Philly wins they will be the 3 seed.
