They should have kept Chip. With RG3 and Kaepernick becoming free agents, sign one or both of them. Let them learn the offense and see what Chip can do with a mobile QB. I also would trade Murray.

Most if not all of the college gigs have been filled. If Chip goes back to NCAA it will probably be in 2017.
