The Bears haven't had a legit safety since Mike Brown. I'm really hoping the Bears 2nd round pick will be Vonn Bell.

Cyrus Jones to the Pats. I like the pick and I think he can become a top corner like Butler after being coached up.

Cyrus hates Ohio State, best returner in the draft, stepped up in big games to make some big plays, great hands, great playmaker. Only problem is that his play can be inconsistent at times. He got burned throughout his career, but he kept working at it and got better and better. Wouldn't be surprised to see him as the best corner in the draft come three to four years down the road.

Tampa Bay traded UP to get a kicker. Ugh. :(

I think it is a great pick, surprising, but kickers are undervalued. He is probably one of the best kickers to come out of the draft ever and he will be kicking in the same weather/climate conditions as he did in college. I bet he wins you guys a few games this year, who knows, just like what Vinatieri did with the Pats, might win the Bucs some Super Bowls.

Cyrus Jones actually reminds me of Logan Ryan.

Joe Thuney to the Pats.... hmmm..... might be good, might be bad. Was a three year starter and played almost every position on the line. Very versatile, very smart, great reaction times to edge rushers. Not an "A" in regards to strength, size, etc... I think he will play guard for the Pats, but I bet Bill likes the potential of versatility. Hope it works out, but I could see him getting pushed around on the inside if he doesn't change his foot work or bulks up.

with the new PAT rule a good kicker can be the difference between winning and losing.

Actually, Bucs might try drop kicking on kickoffs with him like the Pats tried doing against the Eagles, might be the beginning of a new evolution in kickoffs.

Interesting pick by the Pats... project QB for down the line... will actually be the backup to Jimmy G during those four games. I would have preferred Conor Cook, but obviously this must have been the better pick. Tough QB and can run, looking forward to watching him in the pre-season and maybe even in the regular season. Might even be developed and traded away in a few years.,

Long wait till the Pats pick again... if these guys are available I think Pats take em.

QB/RB Reynolds, RB Collins, RB Dixon, DT Henry, FB Gronk would be awesome, C Allen, WR Burbridge.

Well.... the Patriots just did something... well... I don't really know.

They traded picks #196 (6th) , #204 (6th) , #250 (7th) for pick #147 (5th)

Then they trade pick #147 (5th) for pick #225 (7th) and a 4th round 2017 pick.

So I guess they trade two 6th round picks this year, for a fourth round pick next year and moved up in the 7th round.

Edit: Actually thinking about it more... this is very smart. I forgot the Pats lost a 4th round pick as well, now they got it back.
