The Broncos have about $10 million in cap space, Romo carries around $20 million cap hit. It's not impossible, but very unlikely based on the hoops Denver would need to jump through to make it happen.

Yeah, I posted a little too quickly when I heard the "report" (I guess any reporter can throw out any rumors), mainly because it's one that I haven't even considered, and frankly, it would be a pretty big move. But if Denver wasn't willing to pay for Osweiler, why would they take Romo's cap hit (granted Romo has a larger body of work to evaluate and is a proven asset).

This how I think a trade will go down.

Wow Jets must be desperate having Geno Smith start again :horror

Big Ben out vs Pats ..man he must really be hurt. Looks like Pats will have an easy win :lecture

Packers only had 6 points at halftime and couldn't even score on a 4th and goal from the two yard line during a possession. On another possession Rodgers got sacked near his end zone and the bears recovered for a touchdown. It was not looking good. Packers broke it open in the fourth quarter and Hoyer got hurt so the Bears were down to their third string QB.

I'm not saying the Pack played well. If the Bears were a decent team, this game easily could have gone the other way. However, the Bears suck so there was no chance they were going to win this game. That said, last week the Cowboys showed us how bad the Pack really is. They obviously struggle against good teams. Beating the Bears doesn't mean the Packs problems are behind them.

And then writing about it in his journal.

By no means am I excusing him beating his wife, or any man laying his hands violently on a female...but what grown man keeps a journal?
