Did you hear the Browns and Bengals agreed to a trade for AJ McCarron and when it was done the Browns celebrated so much that they forgot to call it into the league office in time so they lost out on him. UGH. What a mess of a franchise.

Man that Zach Miller injury was nasty. And to add insult to injury they overturned the TD catch. Last I heard was the doctors did emergency surgery to save his leg. I would think his career is over.

I watched the game and saw the injury. It was gruesome. It looks like the emergency surgery on his artery saved his leg. However, there's a ton of rehab and possible nerve damage that has to be worked through for him to even walk. At his age, I can see the Saints game being the last of his career. Docs are saying about 18 months of rehab if he can make it back from the injury. He'll be pushing 35 years old. Not much demand for oft-injured 35 year old tight ends in the League. I'd have to say he's done as well.

Oh damn ..that just sucks..man was Watson on a role to make Texans a contender ..Houston is cursed this season..Watt, Merciless and now Watson

At least Astros gave the city a spark

Yeah, the Texans are decimated by injuries this year but to lose your best offensive and defensive player is just gut wrenching. Word is that Watson's injury was a non-contact injury. No one even touched him at practice when the injury happened. I just feel horrible for the kid. It's obvious he was a rising star. Also have to wonder how this may affect his mobility when he is able to come back. Just sucks. It was so much fun watching him play.

A non contact toss to the running back drill..talk about decimating :thud:

Jesus. I'm a Dallas fan, but put this s*** to bed already. The freaking league office should just meet with Elliot and the NFLPA and say, "okay, let's reduce this to two games and move on".

That's exactly what they need to do. This is just getting stupid now.
