The Pats offense has looked atrocious. The Dolphins do have a decent defense and the Pats have respected that by pretty much abandoning the run.

That's a great question.
Personally, I think they will get Smith back in there. But it's going to be an uphill climb for him.

It's odd, though, that it occured on the same day as the suicide from Kansas City Chief's linebacker.
Smith didn't exactly accomplish much against the rams until going out if I remember right.
