Night of the creeps help needed (pants)

Hi, l need pants for my Night of the creeps Zombie ax murderer, but they are striped in the movie and are very hard to find l guess. White or tan/light brown pants with a dark brown or red stripe would be perfect!

If you have ideas where to find those or can you make them, just let me know The photo's are the best l could found....
