Hi Guys.

My fiancee was very fortunate to win a large sum of Money this week and she as told me she will pay off my credit card bills and buy me the 1:2 maquette or some figures or statues up to the same value. I'm not posting this to bragg about the fact she has won but to see what you guys think. Should I wait for people to post pics in hand of the statue before I order or should I buy more collectibles instead? I love the movie and providing this doesnt have paint issues, it could end up being one of the best collectibles ever.

I'm not sure I like the mk 2 suit as much. It just looks a little bit bland IMO. If the paintjob on that turns out like on the MK2 bust then its an easy past for me

Sorry to give unfun advice, but that would be much more responsible than to splurge on huge purchase. I agree with the CC pay off though!

except they got the cc debt. so that just says to me they could probably use as much cash as possible for the wedding and a home, but of course I'm just assuming based on the post.

I say have some fun, but not too much fun. lotto winnings and stuff can be a true blessing if you don't just blow it.

Pay off your debt, buy yourselves some things then save the rest. That's what I would do. But as it is right now, I have no debt.

Well, I'll take that back. I still owe the damn dentist $800. I guess I'd pay him off. And my CC at the end of Feb. is gonna be big too because of Legolas and other figs coming in, so I'd pay that off too. Then I'd bank it.
