I'm thinking it still looks a little over-sized on his head, but definitely the best I've seen so far.

The way HT have painted the eyes combined with your posing the head straight up and down, the expression looks a bit like "What the hell is this thing on my head?"

Not bad. I bought the rubber wig as well, but like the real hair better. By the way, you have the Henry Dent badge on the wrong side of the uniform. Also you should smear some black, red, and white makeup on his hands like they are in the movie.

What did you do with the Nurse-Joker's head? Looks like the neck joint and head are one piece... Looks very good!

He basically has the entire Nurse Joker figure ready to go.

Link to all of his auctions, including the Nurse and Oscar. There are two different nurse outfits. Only difference is one has the rubber wig and one doesn't.


Wor-Gar, I think he might as well. I got the set and the Oscar shipped for what he originally wanted for the Nurse outfit without the wig for. He is probably cashing in on what he can before HT offically announces theirs. But hey, all I need is a True Type right now. $55 for the outfit and head is a steal I think. Another $30 for the body only makes my custom a $85 figure, which is incredible for a HT figure.

Thanks for the link, Buttmunch. I had to buy the 1/6 scale Oscar. Even if he doesn't win (yeah right!), my shrine to Heath Ledger as the Joker deserves an Oscar. Course in a perfect world, I would have a 1/6 Christopher Nolan to hold an Oscar also. Academy are a bunch of ^^^^^^^s that nominate the same types of films year after year and refuse to acknowledge a true achievement in film making.

My thoughts exactly. He would always be known as the guy that stole Heath Ledger's Oscar.

I made a quick decision to pick up the Nurse Joker kit in case the price goes back up since HT announced the police version. I need something to do with the 2nd sculpt that came with the BR anyways.

That is my problem too. I've got everything I need now expect a body. If you find something, please let me know.

On Ebay, I've seen True Types as low as 9.99 but without feet, hands, etc. But, at that price I'm not sure I trust the quality--it could be a knock-off. Perhaps it's worth e-mailing Hot Toys about. They really ought to offer stuff like that through their website, even if they don't offer the licensed stuff direct.
