yes there is a PF version of PH coming, it was confirmed in the Q&A sometime ago. as for Skaar, not so much.

I don't buy PF's.....but I'd get a planet Hulk PF. This would be the exception to the rule, if done correctly. This may go down as one of the best Hulk statues ever made. Leather/vinyl material ONLY! No cloth!
