Thanks for the replies! I know of someone who may be able to sculpt me the hand but I would need some good pics of the piece and dimensions, would anyone be able to supply me with these? I'd really like to have the open hand on the statue so that I can hang his lightsaber on his belt.

I might be able to get some pics for you. I'll see what I can do. I'm assuming you'd have myc do the lightsaber hilt?

for what we are getting with this exquisite piece of art I think it is a good price. One day this may reach well above that price in the after market and those of us paying retail now will be able to look back and laugh at all this bickering.

Just looking back through this thread for fun and had to laugh at this post. 100% dead on.

It was also fun to see my comments complaining about the price increase. Good thing I didn't listen to me.

Random shot in the dark here. I'm in the midst of moving and the lightsaber has unfortunately broken off from his hand. I don't suppose anyone knows where I could possibly buy a replacement lightsaber hand?

So I only recently discovered the existence of this statue. I collect 1/6 scale figures and have only been doing that for about 3 years. If ever Sideshow could re-release a statue-This would be the one I would want them to re-issue. What an amazing piece! The 1/6 scale figure version of Mythos Obi-Wan doesn't even come close. I keep going back and forth deciding if I should get the 1/6 but it just isn't good enough when i think of this piece. I know it's 4-5 years too late, but congrats to everyone that was able to purchase this.
