Obi-Wan on the shorter body...

It's been mentioned before and I for one agree that ROTS Obi should've been on the shorter body. He'sclearly shorter than Anakin, Mace and Qui-Gon in the prequel trilorgy. So I swapped him onto one. What do ya' think?

My only concern is that Old Ben is taller than Luke...

He's on SSCs shorter male body. It makes his head look massive from certain angles, as it does ROTJ Luke.

That's the reverse Jedi osteoporosis.

Seriously though, a Hot Toys body would split the difference in height. Obi and Ani do look better with the height difference.

Another option would be to raise Ani's heals by stuffing his boots or do some surgery to Ani's legs and increase his height.

No. Obi-Wan looks fine on a regular body. Anakin wasn't that much taller than him. I am not even sure Samuel Jackson is all that much taller than Hayden either.

Actually Kit is on the normal body, he just doesn't have much of a neck.

I also thought they should have put Anakin and Mace on the taller body, probably Plo too if he's not.

Perhaps, but Qui-Gon should stand alone. He's at least 6'5", one of the tallest non-masked, humanoid characters in the whole series - if not the tallest. If you're going to put Ani and Obi on the standard body, extend Qui-Gon... IMHO.

For the record, Liam Neeson is 6'6". My solution to the height problem: Lengthen Anakin's legs and display him with Obi-wan, Luke and my custom Vader,along with a few Marmits. Qui-gon is on a separate shelf with several customs, all of whom are shorter than he(3 girls, a Jedi on a short Dragon body and a biker scout). The trick, after all, is the illusion of a proper height relationship...PS

Samuel L. Jackson is 6' 2.5"

So in 1:6 terms that means they should be...

Qui-Gon 12 2/3"
Obi-Wan 11 3/4"
Anakin 12 1/4"
Mace 12 2/5"

So... the figure of Obi should be 1/2 an inch shorter than Ani and 9/10th of an inch shorter than Qui-Gon and 2/3rds of an inch shorter than Mace.

Edit - By the way. Darth Vader was the David Prowse version. Quite a difference between that one and Hayden Christiansen.
