It's going to be very difficult to reconcile the heights between all the figures because if you consider the size of their heads, they are really not all consistently scaled with each other. Sideshow likes to pull this trick where they use larger heads for shorter characters to make these appear proprtional to the bodies they use (grapefruit + regular body + hooded cloak = jawa). Inversely, they also use smaller heads to make a figure appear taller while using the regular body. Unless there's a way to resize the heads across the series to one consistent scale, I treat each figure individually, modifying each body when necessary to be in proper proper proportion to the head. This way, there is no compromise in a figure's appearance, size, and scale because of the shortcomings of another figure. Just my 2 cents.
