Ada Chan has Dwight and Michael heads in her store, but I don't think they are among her better efforts. The Dwight might be ok, but those sculpted on glasses just kills it for me.

I can see some resemblence in those, but I don't know...

I think the Michael looks the best from these two, altough he could defenitely use some tweaking.

The sculpted glasses on Dwight are just awful. And there's also something about the lower half of his face, I'm not sure what, that makes him look... weird, I guess
To bad there isn't a painted version on there...

I agree, I think the Michael looks best. I think it would really show if she used black instead of dark brown for his hair and eyebrows.

Yeah, you're right, the hair collor is to light.

Besides that, I think the eyebrows should be a bit more centered.
Other than that, the sculpt looks pretty OK.
