Official 1/6 Leia as Boushh Image Thread

I think in some weird way, the poofy sleeves are somewhat nostalgic of old Kenner Boushh and the limits of plastic clothes. This is the only figure I've gotten from anyone that has clothing (HT Aliens don't count) that I didn't futz out of the box, I took her out and bam, ready to go. Hopefully I can show her more lovin' soon, but been busy with other things, and then the mechno chair'll be here Thursday. These figure onslaughts are great as a collector but slow ya down as a photog

Love this figure. Pretty much perfect, IMO!!! Leia has a fantastic head sculpt with fantastic paint apps too. I was worried about the cloth pants given some of the early pics, but it is just fine looking in person. This was worth the wait!!

The funny thing is: I normally have any version of Boussh Leia with her helmet on, whether it is the old Kenner fig, the current Hasbro one, or their old 12"er; the head sculpt and paint apps are so good that I feel that would detract from what this baby truly has to show off.

Now that i've been playing with my Boushh for awhile, I have to say I'm loving her.

I haven't redressed her or anything yet, but I don't think I have to do much anyways.

I did have a small concern when I noticed the helmet was sitting way too high...then I realized the plug wasn't in right.

I've always displayed the various figures made of her in the same way...helmet on...but I agree...this head sculpt and paint app is just too beautiful to cover up, so she's gettin' displayed like tis:

I can't thank Sideshow enough for this exceptional effort...now, if they want to tackle another version of her soon with this high level of quality and detail, let it be HOTH!

I am in the same boat as you. They are pretty busy with the con right now and I would say she should ship out next week.
