Maulfan,I hope you're right I'd love a great figure of Rambo. Hot Toys has to know that they'd sell like crazy so lets hope they do it

If we get RAMBO 4, I'll bet my collection it's on the Dutch body and that's why it's taken so long. The old body used for Rambo 1-3 is too small to properly represent him in the 4th film, it's even a hair too small/tall for him in those movies.

Now that they've engineered a beefier one for Dutch, and I'm sure Rambo simultaneously and Rocky, we're getting those figures. They're smart, so I'm sure they were waiting to have a good use for a new body design besides old Rambo and Rocky, so now they've got Dutch, maybe other Arnie properties, it'll get mileage.

I just hope it's a clean portrait on the final battle head, no blood or dirt, I want it to be a universal figure not just literally the 50 cal battle. I've got the statue for that.

It wouldn't be a deluxe release of one character though. What would you call it? DX03 - Rocky with mickey bits? I don't understand how everyone came to the conclusion that a 2-in-1 means 2-pack when it comes to deluxe editions.

Dude what are you talking about? Mickey was just a floated idea, we are talking about 2 different DX version, one a "Rocky" and the other a "Rambo" both from their respective films.

So far all we have to go on is the Joker DX release which IS A 2-in-1 FIGURE!

Dude what are you talking about? Mickey was just a floated idea, we are talking about 2 different DX version, one a "Rocky" and the other a "Rambo" both from their respective films.

I haven`t actually seen the Dutch body,any proto pic shows him with the shirt and vest.

I can tell in the vest shots it's a bulkier body than the old muscle bodies, especially in shots of Dutch and Billy Together, Billy's on the original muscle body.

Right now we're just all enthusiastly bouncing around ideas for how Rocky and Rambo as characters could be made as DX figures. Joker is so encompassing, you can make it a 2 in 1 to justify it being this bigger release. Rocky and Rambo aren't as in depth for accessories and things. Rocky as a 2 pack would make sense, probably tough to execute 2 in 1 with the muscle bodies. Rambo's pretty cut and dry, 1 figure and even 1 outfit might be enough if they consider the 50 cal gun to be a bigger than normal accessory, which I could understand.

I'm 90% confident any new HT Rambo will be Rambo 4, but I have to say, I think what Rocky they might do is anyone's guess. I'd personally like 6 over all else, but I can see them tackling 1 with the 2 costumes like I mentioned, or even an Apollo Rocky 2 pack. Many more options as to what Rocky could be, but Rambo, at this point, much as I'd enjoy an overhaul on Rambo 2, to revisit a made figure before making the LAST ONE THE LINE NEEDS would be complete injustice to the fans of the line. It's be almost 2 years since M65's debut I think, we've had nothing for so long, returning to Rambo should mean finishing off representing each film.

What I'm trying to say is I don't understand why there are lots of hopes for 2-packs (meaning a rocky and a mickey, a scarecrow and a gordon packed in together vs one character with 2 outfits: a 2-in1) being floated around. I said DX03 because I'm assuming this floated idea of mickey and rocky as a 2-pack would be the third DX release after batman.

I'll take any Rambo with a smile, but RAMBO 4 with the biggest grin my face is capable of

As for Rocky, if it's not Rocky Balboa based, I'll have to see just how it looks. I love the head sculpt quality on the last Rocky 3, but I was let down with how size wise, it mismatches a bit to the body it's on, it looked like it was a bit too small like the Bale heads with the Batmans. Rocky Balboa's my favorite of the series though so unless it really looked like ^^^^ it's a guaranteed order for me if it's from that movie, and in boxing gear that is, don't need street clothes / Adrian's Rocky

I can't believe he's still doing his own stunt work. Beefing up for looks is one thing, but diving around and hitting the ground and stuff, he's crazy, but I love his passion for his work.

He has access to his 'roids for this film.
He didnt for Rambo 4 as Australian customs grabbed them.

The tats might be real as he talked about it in a recent interview.
