Great pics everyone. Skiman's right, looks like the hair was modified. Also looks like the black gloves and corset was given a more glossy spray.

Camera shot looks slightly tilted in order to give that more effect. It does look to be a different angle, just slightly.

That might be playing the eye trick with us as well because I thought it looked a lil more straight but I think it's the angle of the shot.

EDIT: and the gloss to the custom and arms.

Indeed...a bit more shine to the outfit, gloves, boots and hair. For those who have it, take a look at the box photos. Clothes were waaay too matte.

One thing I did notice they did a fantastic job on, was the black side of the cape. Whatever spray they used for the finish makes the black part on the cape really look like it has a silky finish.

On the BQ comiquette, how is it better to hang her "cape." The one end fits loosely in the hand and the other end with the tip can either rest on the base or just off of it. How's it supposed to go?


I'm getting a little put off by these "Build-your-own-statue" varieties of the last two AH ladies. I would rather just have a solid piece, not ones you have to put together.

I also had trouble getting the whip to fully fit in her palm, I hope it doesn't come loose and fall.

That's not something I would wish on anyone who's eagerly awaiting a statue, even if it's in a joking way. So not cool in my opinion man.

I guess I figured it out, but I don't like the stress it puts on the left hand if letting the cape tip rest on the base, where it should be. If I leave it rest off the base, less stress on the hand. Anyway...

You should feel privileged.
There's actually always going to be 550 people more people who aren't in the Black Queen club as opposed to the White Queen Club.

Black Queen has a smaller edition size afterall.

I have to admit I can't decide who is my favorite now since Black Queen arrived. I was so sure it was Emma but Black Queen is beautiful!
