I was supposed to get mine today, but no UPS. So I finally checked the tracking number and this is what it read: "MULTIPLE TRACKING NUMBERS WERE FOUND ON THIS PACKAGE / RETURNED TO SHIPPER"

I'm super pissed. Calling customer service was not very helpful either--nothing they can do besides re-ship her after she gets all the way back to California.

That blows!

Yep, that happens every once in a while with UPS, I can't believe that they actually do this, they some how use the same tracking number and the progress overwrites the existing one.

I had this happen once and I was watching the package closely and whenever I looked it up it said it was in "delivered" status. So I thought to myself there's no way this has been delivered all ready it's not suppose to be here for another week. Turns out the date was from a couple years back and a whole different package. So whenever my package finally came through it over wrote all the old information on their website.

Strange that this type of thing happens still. The rep seemed surprised, so maybe it's a once in a blue moon type of thing. I give it two more weeks until the package is back to me.
