Edwint is the man with no fear when it comes to posing his figures in extreme poses. I love his pics evertime he posts. great job!

thanks!!but ss won be interested in them pics i think..eg for asajj i'm using external materials to 'play' around with the fig..the wires and tape beneath and the black rubber bands..so its more a customisation than a promo pic of what u can expect and is included..heehee..2ndly my pics don really show much of the ifg..i think their pic policy is to show the figure in full normal stance and then close up on the details or something..none of that posing and lighting and shadows playing on the fig stuff..keke

A pal just did a custom paint job on ol' Asajj, I added a couple shots to the gallery on my site---

The head he used is actually my original sculpt, before her noggin was made larger/rounder. Dig it!

More pics likely to come...

:)

Wow, your pal made her look quite evil, yet still sexy, very impressive. Out of curiousity Andy, what did you base Asajj's facial structure on, since there is no true reference point, I'm very curious where her look came from.

Would that pal happen to be in the ol' STL...? :D

Actually no, I wish!

MaulFan--- I based the sculpt loosely on a sketch that Adam Hughes did ages ago (below). That's the only reference I used for this one, I was lucky enough to have free reign with the design for this particular portrait.

Thanks Andy, the profile from Adam's sketch looks very similar to the final sculpt of yours that Sideshow released. Great job on the sculpt by the way, for a broad portrait such as this, you did a find job creating a character in your sculpt, not just a blank face.

thanks for the link, andy..that link shows a much better head (imo..more angular and stuff)..not to mention that paint job!!!:monkey5

Edwint, are the arms on that stand flexible to different positions? If so, are they available somewhere for purchase?

Thanks for the info. The standard display stand figures come with is just limiting in poses, especially because of the fact the part that holds the figure has to be in the stand to a certain point in order to hold. Keep up the good work.
