Hey Alex, had a question about the new Obi Wan Mythos statue. I'm sure you've heard that Obiwan is missing his unlilt saber hilt that is supposed to hang from his belt and the forums are blazing with outrage. And rightfully so. But from what I've been hearing, those who contacted SS have been told that you cant help except refund those dissatisfied. But you know you're not in the kitchenware or furniture business to take such a callous attitude. Collectors are invested in your products and treating them as pain-in-the-***, take-it-or-leave-it customers does them, as well as you a great disservice. I'm writing to you to inquire if anything is going to be done about this significant boo-boo. Do tell.

Unfortunately the unlit saber on Ben Kenobi's belt did not make it into the final version of this piece and is not expected to be made. We (I'm) so very sorry that this update was not known in advance to the item getting into people's hands. If that particular omission from the piece has caused you or anyone to be unhappy with it, you (and anyone who purchased it through Sideshow directly) can contact our customer service department within 30 days of receiving their product to return it and receive a refund. I and all of Sideshow want y'all happy with the item sitting on your shelf, so if not having that missing piece makes you dissatisfied, please consider returning it. Of course, I would hope the piece (even without the unlit hilt) would still be a much liked/loved item for many collectors out there.

It's still estimated to ship this month currently. As the end of the month approaches though it could end up shipping in February if we the shipping news from Prime 1 updates us to let us know that we'll be getting our allocation of the piece later in this month or next month.
