Well after a 2 day break I will probably be back on for a bit tonight. I think my controller still works as well as my head set. They both went flying into the wall and TV Friday night. I can hear pieces of plastic rattling around inside the controller though :lol

Wasn't it you who said you don't get bent out of shape at sports anymore? :lol

I broke one of my controllers Saturday :monkey3

I didn't realize the Rbumber didn't work until an Oddball game. Needless to say I came in last.

Sure you will, you can be the bait and draw them in, when they go after you we move in and wipe them out!! :rock :D

Honestly, what seems to keep me from being better is granade throwing. Other people seem to be able to land them right at my feet from the other side of the map and I just can't figure out how to do the same. I either throw them short or long...left or right most of the time. Even when mine land close they seem to take forever to explode, but when they throw them at me the explode the very second the land.....I don't get it.

Dude, grenade throwing is an artform, I've gotten pretty good at it. The key is to figure out the right trajectory, or if someone is rushing you drop one at your feet while backtracking and jump to avoid theirs. End Tutorial. :rock :D

But how do you "drop" one at your feet? I have tried and it bounces and they run right past it and it blows up well behind them. You should just move the stick so your target crosshairs are all the way at the bottom then then "throw" your grenade right?

Yeah, aim as though your gonna throw it about 3 or 4 feet in front of you and keep moving it, shouldn't bounce too much, just try to guage how fast your opponent is moving towards you and you should be able to time it just right. The sticky grenades also work well as the stay put where you drop 'em.

I'll give it a try. Thanks. I really would liek to get better. I am tired of just getting into the low teen kill totals. I'd like to be able to hit the 20's in those team slayer matches.

I do think I do pretty good at the flag capture and bomb planting games though!
