Finally got mine today and it did not disappoint. First, it's a LOT bigger than I thought it would be. Just looking at it, I'm venturing to guess that Jabba's Throne and this will fill up the bottom of my 4 foot wide curio cabinet I'm building. Any other room will probably be utilized for Jabba related figures.

I really like this piece a lot. One common problem I see them having is rub marks under the top where the styrofoam was but it's not very visible and kinda/sorta looks like weathering.

Only problem that I had to call SSC on was the box. It was pretty bad so I am trying to get a replacement box. I was told that they are indeed trying a new shipping method and are wanting feedback on it so call them and let them know what you think. I want them to go back to the styrofoam since I never had issues until now.

Anyways, I got #386 and I'm very happy with it!

I have to say... after seeing all the pics (even MaulFan's) I don't at all regret canceling. Just not worth the $$, imho. And I'm still annoyed about the lack of any electronics.

Glad those of you who have him are happy with it, though!

I honestly couldn't give a real subject point of view on this piece. For someone selective, it's a passable item, I mean it does nothing but display as is, you can't pose it. I think you really need to be a fan of this environment in the film to want to spend the money and add such a large piece into your collection. I love it, but I can see where there's no "wow" factor for the selective collector.

Well its a must if you have the Jabba setup but if you don't I can see it as an easy pass. And I get mine tomorrow.... YEAH... but I can't take any pictures since they will all SUCK compared to whats all ready posted here. :)

Good that you don't regret it.

I'm pleased with it. It has a presence, despite basically being a prop for Leia. Between Jabba and the carbonite, I'm curious to see which gets the most attention from my visitors. Oh, and I've got number 325/2000.

Probably true, for me personally who doesn't collect the 1/6 line I wanted a "Han-in-a-box" at a decent scale and the envio added that punch for me; the Attakus one just doesn't have the quality of sculpt that I was looking for. So for the meantime I find SS's more than adequate.

I almost feel bad posting pics after MaulFan's fantastic shots. Number 271 arrived safe and sound today. The base is definitely a lot lighter than I expected, which isn't a bad thing. Getting this was the best use of reward points ever.

The new Jabbarama setup:

Seeing Prime's photos really makes me wish I had my own home with my entertainment room to set all this stuff up in, I plan to have a section with my ROTJ original 1983 one sheet framed on the wall with Jabba on throne, Han on the wall and the Salacious Crumb 1:1 all together on display. I really would like to have the Leia PF to go with it all, but I just don't know how future girlfriends might react and it wouldn't mean enough to me to get into fights with girls over, the collecting alone will probably be an issue, let alone half naked girls on my shelf :lol

And as far as people goofing or whatever about not wanting to post photos cuz of me, please don't stop, it's not my intent to come in and scare anyone off or make other photos obsolete. The point of photos is to share your enjoyment of the piece you just spent a bunch of money on to own, that's what I'm doing, that's what you all should do too. I felt like a 3 year old looking on my camera as I took the shots and thought ooh goody it looks a lot like it did in Jedi :lol
