Why can't you buy it?

I live In Canada, they won't sell it to me...well the version with the extra large telescope is a US EXCLUSIVE only...so I am going to hunt around the net. I already found an online retailer that also says they won't sell this item to Canada.

I thought it was ridculous that the Jack Sparrow was US only, the other 1/6 announced POTC Stranger Tides Barbossa (English Navy Captain - with white wig) is a European exclusive.
