Based on the photos, it doesnt look like it. The sculpt is probably still under approval which is probably the reason for the shipment delay. Same problem happend with the Iron Man MK IV.

It could be the lighting (maybe PERS position?), who knows, but I do like the SDCC shots better. His face looks less freckly, and the bridge of the nose looks a little better.

Im pretty sure the prototype figure was cleaned up in photoshop and had different lighting conditions. The comicon pic is a true representation of what you would get.

Tough to top this figure. Jack Joker I think is a little more true to the actor but it's a very small advantage. I think this figure however looks more realistic in its clothing and material choices.

Yeah I don't know if its the lighting at the show or what but it does look a lot better now. Wished they would show the smiling sculpt and not wait till it's released.
