That whole head is designed to accommodate for two interchangeable faces....so yes, besides they listed it under the specs so they damn well better give us what they advertised the figure would include.

I plan on displaying Serious face with his coat and hat with the rudder and displaying Smiley face with no coat or hat and with the bottle of rum and next to Davey Jones! Not sure where Ill be putting Cannibal King...probably on my Johnny Depp shelf with all the other HT Depp figures they do...
