Thanks man! I'll have him in a couple of weeks or so. I also need a new shelving unit for all my figures so by the time I get Jack. He will have a completely new place to be in along with the rest of my collectibles. Pretty pumped for this and some new shelving. Goodbye Detolf.

He's well worth reconfiguring your display space for that's for certain. I've been futzing with my POTC display quite a bit recently, there's so many options and picking up some extra pieces like treasure chests, etc just brings the display to life even more and is fun too!

That is a great way to improve this figure (not that it needs to), but I have seen pics posted here with 1/6 wooden crates and a treasure map. Awesome!

Got it originally from sideshow, but was sort off delaying getting him out of the box, cuz of all the accessories and details, which I am not good futzing with....
By the time I go around to having some time for him, scored the 1st PF for a great price, so now I have the PF displayed, and the DX still MIB.
This thread might push me to get to him now... We'll see

Agree, although the PF is very good, and from 3 feet away you can't really tell. Itching for the DX still, so Sunday is probably the day...

After years of hunting I finally was able to procure one of my all time grails via trade today from a fellow Freak here to display with DX Jack -> Davy Jones!!!

I'm literally in shock of how f-ing stunning this figure is in hand from his tentacled head to his crabby toe, he easily holds his own with the best figures Hot Toys has ever released.

Haven't decided how I'll reorganize my POTC Detolf yet so this is a temporary living situation

Davy Jones looks amazing! Congrats on that beauty. I miss my Angelica. Since Jack will be in my possession very soon I just may have to get her back. I haven't decided yet.

Indeed! Well what's ironic is that I sold her to get the money for the new Vader than right at Christmas my parents told me they were going to get him for me and I already sent her to the new owner so I was pissed. Wasn't my fault! She does go for cheap but I got her for free and that makes me even more bummed.

Ouch indeed! Vader was worth it even though I miss Angelica. I may pick her up but I think once I get Jack in I'll be happy with just him. Now if Hot Toys made a Barbossa. That would rule but I doubt they will.

I hope Hot Toys just does him at some point. Even if they are late to the game on him. It still for the fans will be great.
