Could your giftcard have potentially expired on Saturday night? I had about 10 $10 cards that expired Sunday aka Feb 01, 2009. You might be in the same boat. That's not their fault. You should've bought it on Friday.

Nope I checked it before I entered it. The only reason I used this card instead of the 50.00 Ironman giftcard was because it expired, per their website, on Feburary 28 2009 and it wasn't on sale Friday, I don't believe.

If that's the case, give customer service a call and explain what happened. They should be able to not only pull up the record of the sale but tell you what went wrong and possibly redo the transaction.

Well, I got an email saying telling me that they are removing my gift card from the order stating only one discount at a time (ignoring the fact that it was their error on the site and they should honor it.) Without being able to use the gift card, I'm not really as interested any more, so I canceled the order. The gift card is probably a loss, but it was expiring soon anyways and was only $20.00.

That sucks! Have you checked the website to see if the gift card comes up as expired or used ?

I got the same giftcard e-mail, but they're honoring the 100 off, at the full price of the figure. So I hope. I got the regular Krauser, since I was told that was the better version. Plus he comes with more stuff.

I emailed them and they say their going to honor the order so maybe you can
get them to atleast honor the gift card.

Yeah Wesker is definantly a must. I'm just undecided which oufit they should give him. My personal favorites are his S.T.A.R.S. uniform and his outfit in Code Veronica.

Has anyone removed the mutated arm from their PT Krauser? How is it connected? I kinda want to do a little custom work, but I don't want to wreck him if the process of removing the arm isn't reversible.

his mutated arm arm is easily detached, as it is a separate piece from the body and you can easily put it back on, so customize awaaay!

I figured out it's just a ball and socket like the Dutch muscle body. Only rub is the ball is part of the body, and the socket is on the arm.
