Official Killzone 2 -- For Hellghan!!!!

Well, Killzone 2 is certainly better than Resistance 2 at the very least. I wouldn't go any further than that.

I ain't turned into anyone mate, i just find it hard to hear ya praise GOW MP when you stay on for about 30 mins then blame the lag or something else and leave, matrix who moans and chainsaw or fingaz who for some reason hardly ever plays any more


Personally if this was on the 360 people would be more forgiving as the interface & accessibility on the 360 is more forgiving. But I think the PS3 is designed more of a technology front, I mean Jon couldn't figure out how to accept a squad request & play the game at the same time and he ain't played since

All I know is friday night was the most fun I've had gaming in awhile I think both kain & Ill share my opinion

I'm behind you solid 110%. I'm a FPS wh0r3. I thrive off the genre. I'm in the minority here but I have and loved the first game for PS2. I don't see what was so bad about it, the graphics were some of the best the PS2 had to offer and the gameplay was solid. I'm not going to say if it's better than COD4 and COD:WaW. But it's different and that's good. To me COD4 is the benchmark to which all shooters are now measured.

First it was beat Resistance, then Beat COD4, now it may even be beat Killzone 2.

Including gears in a comparison isn't really possible as gears is a more duck and cover 3rd person shooter.

I agree that COD4 is the benchmark. Everything from gameplay, interface, leveling etc. Having said that I don't think Killzone 2 even comes close to reaching that benchmark. It just falls extremely short when stacked up in my opinion in all areas but graphics. I never enjoyed anything but a private horde match or online co-op on Gears 2 so I don't think it's in my running. I didn't like any of the Resistence games so right now for me I'd rank my online game experiences as follows.....

Call of Duty 4
Warhawk
Left 4 Dead
Killzone 2
Gears of War 2

firstly it's unfair to compare gears & this as they are different types of games. second as much as I like gears it's more a meeting place for us, the MP has major flaws which do seem to be overlooked or tolerated and I do find it funny coming from the guy that quit regularly when it became 'intolerable' maybe it's your connection and not the servers?

See Warhawk to me is a whole different ball game as is L4D.

All I said is a few things that I didn't like. You guys are ^^^^ing lame. Just lame. I played the game all god damn day and posted some of my thoughts. That's all. I didn't attack anyone. I made a joke at Karma because he jumped down my throat.

So before I completely bash the multi player I have a few questions. When you have friends on how can you not only join their game but make sure everyone is on the same team?

Also every match I have been in seemed to be lag central. Has it been pretty laggy for anyone else?

This is all I posted. I wasn't whining. I had a few questions before I judged.

So I suggest from now on before you post something you actually go back and read what the ^^^^ was posted.
