Hey guys - how are these in scale with Hot Toys?

I know the mogwai are oversized even in the Neca line but the Gremlins look to be about right.

Thought about offering a Billy (head) and Gizmo down the road.

I actually was thinking about that the other day, as you say, Mogwai are definitely larger in scale, and the Gremlins I think are a little too large for 1/6 scale, but not by much though.
On average a Gremlin is about 36" tall, so in 1/6 scale they should be around 6". But most are closer to 7", but I don't think they would look bad at all...

Theres a prototype for that isn't there? I can't remember but I thought I saw it.

The line seems to be selling well around me, the only thing my TRU has had the past 2 months is a single George Mogwai no ones bought because his head is busted, you can see it bobbling in the package. Well and of course a full rack of the electric Gremlin.

I think the first shown prototype is already a few years old. I've been looking forward to it ever since, would absolutely love to get one and would definitely pay a premium for it, but with the recently reported uncertain future of this line it seems less likely by the day.

S2 Mogwai will be out shortly, the series that is in danger is series 3 with Scared Gizmo, Mogwai Stripe and Earl (I think) Mogwai. Also Greta and the Cocoon and obviously Spider Gremlin are in danger...

Yes there was one shown years ago at a con. NECA said that it was very costly to produce so we had to "support the line" if we ever want to see it made...so....

So.....When I read this it PISSES ME OFF. The fans that HAVE Supported the line get screwed out of a Spider Gremlin? Thats nice.

Really if they are going to end the line then end it with a BANG and release a final Rambo Gizmo vs Spider Mohawk Box set. At least people will BUY THAT.

I'm not completely sure it's Earl, Earl was the Gremlin taken by Billy to Mr. Hanson (the teacher) to study...
Some people have been calling him "Chubby Gremlin", so it might not be Earl...
I'd love to see an updated Gremlin Stripe

Great Collection Kuzeh.

I picked up Mohawk and Combat Gizmo yesterday as well.

Need to copy what you did with the paperclip bow. The bow that came along with the figure is too soft/rubbery...

I actually like Mohawk a little more. I think his sculpt is more impressive, especially with the face, the teeth, the evil expression.

Hi all,
can some one give me a pointer i'm doing this Gremlins sketch and i'm not sure about scale.I know you guys are the experts i don't think i'm too far off.I re watched the film recently and i forgot how cool Gremlins are.Please note Stripe is very rough sketch.

Here is a Stripe face study i need better reference and i need to practice more on the Gremlins facial structure.
