Don't know if it's news or not , but Sideshow have the H.T Predator 2 figure up for pre-order on their site .

They have it due to be released in the 4th quarter! I doubt if anyone on this thread is willing to wait that long to get one. Blister Direct says they expect them in next month, so other places should be getting them earlier too. There are some pretty decent pics on SSC's order page if anyone's interested. The discblade looks like it may be detachable, but hard to tell for sure. The medkit is mounted on his back and looks as if it may be part of the armour, but again it's hard to tell. I hope it can be removed (and opened). The gauntlets and spear have moving parts and look great!

Knowing Hot Toys, by the time 4th Quarter comes around, there may be an exclusive one-arm Pred. version either released or announced. So I don't mind waiting if it gives me the option to choose between them. On the other hand, this is one Pred. I truly wouldn't mind having two versions of. Two Scars? No. (Lucked out on missing the regular version so I could pick up the Ani-Com.) But two Pred #2s? Yes, sir! If I can fit both into my already tight collectible aquiring budget, that is.

I also don't mind the wait as I have a number of items on pre-order and don't want to have to pay for them all at once! (Saves me being evicted by The Wife as well!)

By the time 4th quarter rolls around HT will probably have some of the other hunting party Preds out as well. After P****Face, the WartHog Elder and the Celtic-mask Pred would be must haves for me, if HT actually makes them. I'd also be interested in an exclusive BD P****Face, complete with severed arm and gunshot wounds, but if they make him then they'd pretty much have to make a Lt. Harrigan too, wouldn't they? Could they really be planning to make some of the human characters? I hope so. Guess only time will tell, tho.
