The Arkham Batman was probably part of the pitch they made to DC showing all the different Batmans they could make in 1/6. It was just one of many, and then subsequently HT got the Arkham City specific license which wasn't included with the comic versions.

They also used to say that they weren't doing DC pieces despite doing Marvel pieces. Things change. I'm sure if the DC 1:6 hits huge for them we'll see Marvels sooner than later.

Hopefully not too soon. My wallet will need to recover from the expected DC awesomeness. lol

Right now, my main focuses are the film-based lines from HT. However, there's really only so many options when it comes to film. I intend to get the TDKR stuff, the new TDK stuff (sans Batmobile), and the 89 Batmobile. Outside of those things, I can only see the Arkham City line and these, and while I'm hopeful that the Arkham City line will be quite bountiful, that, too, can only go so far.

These have definitely caught my eye. While I believe it's going to be a tough squeeze between the movie stuff, I think that, when all is said and done, this will become the main line that I collect.
