Been scouring the net for Asian pics.... so far no luck.
When I called on Thursday to have the hold taken off my order and have it processed, the operator said that when the figure arrives to the warehouse, then they'll ship my Guard out. I'm not sure if it's just a rehearsed routine statement or the specific truth, but seeing as none have seen a shipping notice so far, I'm feeling it's the truth.Clearly they didn't even have these in the warehouse (maybe even in the country) when they charged us.
Specifically, there's some of the same faux leather present in the pants on the zipper, pocket flaps, just above the knees, and possibly on his ass.I believe aspects of the pants are "leather" to tie them into the jacket.
Until they release a chrome dome CC I will gladly display my "useless" CCC with the pride he deserves.
I had to draw the line with the SW line to loved the clones but one day it struck me how many I have compared to my other figures from various lines. And the not throwing in unique sculpts or accessories that were worth it and forcing me to pay the same price as I did for Commander Cody is just madness.
Pre-billing means they ship faster, vs. the hassle of being held up as they process and ship at the same time. Not worth the tittybaby tears.

Pre-billing does NOT mean faster shipping. LOL. Pre-billing means exactly that. PRE BILLING. We should not be getting charged 5 days before they ship. Ridiculous.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Please remember that Pre-Ordered items may not arrive into our warehouse for many weeks or months after you place your initial order. Once they arrive into our warehouse, we will begin to process your order and charge your purchase to your credit card on file. These customers generally receive courtesy Product Arrival e-mail updates and credit card Processing Alert emails, prior to their item leaving our warehouse. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their e-mail, our newsletter and our web site for the arrival date of their product into our warehouse.
If pre-billing means it ships faster then why haven't these been shipped since they are supposed to charge us when they reach the warehouse??? Oh that's right. It's pre-billing.

Sideshow has already broken their own policy...
"Once they arrive into our warehouse, we will begin to process your order and charge your purchase to your credit card on file"
Taking people's money before they even have the items is a no-no and "could" get them in trouble with the BBB if someone wanted to take it there
Hey! Doesn't Sideshow draw a hrad line about us breaking their policies?
What's up with that, Sideshow?
<runs off to whine in the "ask Sideshow" section...>
they pretty much stopped answering questions since june...that all has completely sailed too

they don't have them to ship...but they have my money
not liking their new pre-order policy
"we take your money, then ship two weeks later"
There must be a reason that sideshow did this and doesn't want us to know, first time this has happened where we are billed before the item even comes to their warehouse, I hope it only for this figure and doesn't become their new "policy".
