My stinkin' walmart didn't have those elastic straps, of course, so I had to go with some kind of ribbon material instead. Looks like poo next to Mando's. Have to find another source. . .

Mando, are those 1/8 of an inch in width?

Yep, 1/8" on the arms and 1/4" strips on the calves.

I didn't move Storm Shadow after all, here's what I did:

Quick and easy, didn't have time to mod him any further.

I was thinking of doing something similar using scotch tape but decided against it because of the potential sticky resideue left over. Does it work with the cardboard by itself?

The arm wraps are secured with a tiny bit of glue on the underside of the forearm but the legs wraps are just weaved under eachother.

i am going to try your mod when i get my second storm shadow. i picked up the elastic today at walmart. i did get some fabric glue to glue down the wrist and leg straps on my current storm shadow.

imo...this is the best gi joe figure so far and one of sideshow's best 12'' figures period.

Yes it does.
I used tape because I couldn't find a long blunt wooden dowel thin enough to push the first piece of cardboard all the way to the bottom. (I have one, it's just packed away at this point).

Just remember to push all the arrow tips through both pieces of cardboard before you push the cardboard into the quiver (or better yet, one really long piece a bit less then the entire depth of the quiver).

If you want to remove an arrow, you'll have to slide the whole thing out of the quiver, but once in the arrows aren't going anywhere.

Only thing that would have made it cooler is if SS knee was placed under Cutter's chin. WHACK!!!
