I'm at a cross roads right now..... Wolverine? Blade? Orange Sandtrooper? I would like to buy one this week but can't choose (thoughts?)..... So chucks just aren't that important ATM.... BTW, W(where)TF is Duke? I thought he was late 1st qtr?

Blade and Wolverine are damn nice. I think Blade is the figure to beat so far this year. I don't have any Sandtroopers to compare.

Well, I already have the White version, so I can justify not needing a second ATM. Not to mention that I have a Dewback and a bashed Sandtrooper also sitting on my shelf.... Seems like Sandtrooper overkill.

I haven't even seen the Origins movie yet, but Wolverine is Wolverine and this figure is getting harder to find.

Blade is pretty bad ass..... and he'll look good next to Ghost Rider down the line.

Maybe I'll just flip a coin...

Sounds to me like you need to reassess your priorities. Chucks or go home.

IMO, Wolverine is cool but the likeness just isn't there and that was what kept me from pulling the trigger (the movie was worse than ROC - moreso if you're an X-Men fan). And I'm not a big enough fan of blade to drop that much on him. The Squad Leader rocks though and is a must if you have the others. But get him AFTER chucks.

And Duke is 2nd Quarter.

Trooper is way down the line from Wolverine or Blade and there's tons of Blade everywhere on eSmack right now... Hugh is a harder find.

Hey Flosi, I have all 3 figures. Wolverine is cool (but the movie blows) but it's a nice Jackman from the X-Men movies, Blade is cool but even I am wondering why I picked him up, and the Sandtrooper is awesome. I love the orange pauldron is great, it's the quintessential Sandtrooper IMO and will look great next to the white and black one. I am a hardcore SW at heart...I'd say pull the trigger on the Trooper. I know HT will be the popular choice.

I have a long way and a lot of spending to go.

But I am caught up on GI Joe with my Exclusive Stormshadow and a Cobra officer on the way. I still need a few of the trooper exclusives from Star Wars, two of the three POTA and ALL of the Iron Mans. And three of the Indiana Jones as well... I think.

I want all three sandtroopers, and clones would be cool (I think I can hold out until the commanders), but I've put Hot Toys pretty much to rest unless they go back and make a red dress Ada Wong from RE:4 (which they won't, so...)

Star Wars has a lot of good coming this year so far. Best luck with your list. I know mine is going to be a test given everything that's on the way.

I came *this* close to snagging Storm Shadow for $14 yesterday.

On my Amazon homepage was a link to it and I couldn't believe it at first, thinking I was reading it wrong. I clicked the link and it was through the marketplace through a seller named "Hobbyfan". He has a pretty big store so I looked around and I saw that none of the other items were priced that low--most were MSRP or above. I figured it was a mistake on their part but decided "what the hell" and placed the order. He only had one in stock, so maybe there was a slim chance that they were just clearancing it, or that they would not notice they underpriced it by the time they shipped it. Once my order was placed, the item disappeared from searches, so it seemed like their stock quantity was real-time.

Alas, it was not meant to be. A couple of hours later I got an email that the order was canceled. No explanation at all. No big. I knew if they caught it they would cancel the order. Just figured it was worth a shot. The seller still hasn't put it back up with the correct price, though. Who knows, maybe some other lucky bastard managed to get it seconds before I did.
