Instead of using the "Post Quick Reply," use the gray "Post Reply" button on the bottom left and you'll be taken to the Advanced Settings for posts. You'll see them on the right.

NameMag, thanks for the tip. I used that gray button and found the emoticons on the right but couldn't figure why I wasn't seeing all of them. Finally, I selected the "more" button and the whole world opened up!
