Yeah, that and in the chat someone said "Under the stars." Makes me really want to stop helping if others are gonna be douchy like that. Thanks for the blatant misleads.

The Tank Commander was one of the very first things I looked at...march, gears (figured tank)...
when I looked at it, the word SMUGGLE was written in normal text (in caps) with the rest of the specs text. There was no orange decoder box. Did any of you have that same problem?

someone had posted clues saying "Found it!! What can you put at the end of a rifle???? Prisons are surrounded by????" under the comments. So I spent the whole time checking the old Bayonets and Barbwire figures. I looked at the tank commander right off but I didn't see the word. I was led astray...

It wasn't a problem, that's how it was hidden this time. You needed to type SMUGGLE into the promo word box on the spook page.

Not everything has a decoder box. I'm sure it was done intentionally.

that is how it should be...but the board has grown and although the community is still strong, the sense of help has been lost a little over time..i still give free items away all the time in the dc classics thread.

Jen, I have seen many shows on the Travel Network on the cities of the Pacific Northwest. What a beautiful area of our country you live in! Plus you're not far away from a true world city in Vancouver.
It is beautiful up here...but right now we are getting rain, rain, rain. This is what I get to look forward to for the next 7 months or so.

Thing is, this one was tricky enough that someone could have just come out and said "Check the British Tank Commander" and a lot of people still wouldn't have found it! No need to be all coy and misleading about it...especially after you've secured the freebie in question for yourself.
But whatever. I found a free item (good one, too), so my Spook is already a success.
Not that I wouldn't like a few more...

Yup, I posted that to the thread in general if anybody hasn't seen it yet. Doesn't link to a product... yet.
See that's the funny thing... if someone just said it was for a 12" Han, I would have stopped looking. I have no interest in Star Wars stuff... but instead I wasted 30 minutes looking for something I wouldn't have picked up, even if I found it. Just like the Chainsaw Killer... I had that in my cart, but then thought to myself... why do I want this?
