It's actually a Hot Toys figure distributed by Sideshow and you are getting 2 figures basically. You just need to buy another body for the second set of clothes and extra zombie head.

Yep. For only $30 more you get a second full figure. That's 2 figures for $220. Thats only $110 per figure, which is really cheap by Hot Toys standards.
