Same boat for me. I was in waaaay earlier than almost every winner. And had correct info. Chicky said she disqualified some people for lurking. I guess we're lurkers!

I think you misinterpreted what she said.

Also please remember that I am getting PMs from people who are not posting but lurking.

She was saying that in an attempt to explain why some of us were not picked even though we had entered at the time when only a few people in this thread had posted that they had entered. (In other words, she was saying that she since lurkers entered the contest too, she was getting more entries than it would have seemed just from reading the thread.)

However, that explanation doesn't really hold water, because several people posted the timestamps of their PMs. I know for sure that I was within the first 20, and that a number of the winners entered after me. After consulting with some other people who weren't chosen despite being early with valid entries, we found that all of us had won several things during this spooktacular. So I guess they were disqualifying us for that.

I don't want to be greedy, and if they had said that the contest was only for people who hadn't won yet, and I would have been happy not to enter. But it was frustrating to get eliminated with no explanation.
