Sent. Does everything need to be in the specific order that is listed in the "How to redeem a Spooktacular E-mail code!"? Like does your name have to appear first in the email or can the name of the free item show first? And do you have to order the item first?

If it's a FREE offer, it doesn't require an order number (because then you'd be mad if you missed out and got charged for the item!)... order numbers are only required when specified.

Also, i'm not sure that it matters what order, but just make sure all info is in there :duff
 
I was wondering why people where saying code expired I guess I checked the site right when they put it back up :woo
I hope I emailed it right I did my name the code and my address
 
This is the way it will work with evey "give away"? we have to buy something then hope we get it free?

I don't think you have to buy it. Just include these things:

1. Your first and last name
2. Order # if required (begins with a T) or FREE item name
3. Your special’s e-mail code (same as used in subject line!)
4. Your shipping address- NO P.O. BOXES
5. Along with the following terms and conditions that you are agreeing to:

If I am taking advantage of a free item special or contest, then I will be responsible for additional shipping charges for that item and any import fees or customs required.

I understand that this E-mail must be received BEFORE my in-stock item ships, which usually happens within 24 hours after placing the order. Specials can’t be added after the items ships out to me.

1 (one) discount/item per customer per order. Specials are not eligible on Pre-Orders or flexible payment plans (FLEXpay).

I can’t combine my special with other price/shipping discounts, gift cards, coupons, combination promotions, rewards, free items, contest prizes, etc. If I do the gift card/rewards savings redeemed will be forfeited.

Free shipping offers are on ground services for the carrier of Sideshow’s choice. If I have a carrier preference you will be responsible for the cost difference in services.

Yep, you do not need an order number (see bolded line above).

I just received a response from my second attempt, which only included my shipping address. Will we be getting responses for all our entries, or is this just for the trial run? I know the spook page says to not expect a response...

edit: got one for my first too... C'MON!!!!! THIRD TIMES THE CHARM!!!!!! *crosses fingers*

Oh, I'm not even close to the Ruler... that's Chicky (aka The Mistress of the Web)... she's the one in charge, I just attempt to answer questions.

I think she thinks it's fun on Spooktacular to make you read a bunch of rules when trying to do things fast ;)
