What are the IRC settings for the chat? I can't use the horrible flash chat in Firefox. It causes one of the most spectacular browser crashes I've ever seen.

I had gotten one email saying for me to reply with info and such, which I did but that was the end of that. Checked spam folder and only porn and random things (thank god for second email).

JAVA CLIENT
One of the easiest ways to connect to our chatroom is through the browser based jIRC java client. This java client requires you have Netscape 4.0 or IE 4.0 and higher. You will also need to grant the permission when the pop up window appears as the program loads. Simply click on the link below, wait for the java application to load, enter your name (or nickname), and click the 'connect' icon button. If you don't like the idea of using your browser to chat, or if you are having browser issues connecting, then there is another, very popular, option for connecting to the Sideshow Collectibles chat: Using an IRC Client. An IRC Client is a third-party application you download and install on your computer to connect to our server. It provides chatters with more functionality and options to make your experience more interesting. Below you will find the details needed to enter our chatroom. While we cannot suggest any specific application, we do suggest you visit VersionTracker.com and search for the one that best suits you.

This server is owned and maintained by Sideshow Collectibles, Inc. Please understand that your presence here is not a 'right', but a service we choose to provide. As such, it is a service that we can retract at any time for any reason. Whilst connected, you are required to abide by our rules:
Illegal, lewd and lascivious behavior is forbidden.
Flooding of any kind on the server will result in a permanent ban.
Connection to this server from a machine running a publicly accessible (i.e. misconfigured) SOCKS proxy is prohibited.
Unauthorized public rooms are forbidden.
Abuse of IRC services will not be tolerated.
Spamming and advertising is forbidden.
Bots (clients programmed to automatically maintain others' user and channel-modes, or principally autonomous clients of any kind) are strictly forbidden. If you want to experiment with a bot, we suggest you find a different server.
IRC bouncers are also prohibited.
The IRCop is always right.
Those who fail to abide by these guidelines will be terminated. (okay, maybe just banned from the room)

The Sam 15" Figure shows on the product page that it's gift card eligible but it's not on the main gift card list. I tried to order using a gift card but it didn't accept it. Is it because it's not really gift card eligible or is it because it's backordered and not in stock? Inquiring minds what to know.
