Oh well... I just wanted to make sure, as I've had orders "stuck" before and I had to call a SSC rep in order to get it actually shipped.
I will maintain Jedi-like patience.
I don't know if you caught what pjam posted, but he heard from CS that Sideshow's only got one shipper going, at least on Obi-Wan, so my guess is shipping is going REALLY slow with that, I wouldn't be concerned about frozen orders just yet. Especially with the majority of regulars around here haven't gotten shipping notices yet. If I see most of those people get one and I still don't, that's when I'll contact CS about the matter, for now, I'm just impatient.

Cool of Alex, but lame for the whole "shipping in order" spiel.
Well, here's what happened with me Marc.
I was told she would take it down but there was NO guarantee it would ship today, only that it would ship within 3 days, so if it didn't ship today I was prepared to hold it until the 27th. Btw, I was prolly in the first 100 orders but it's just messed up now with scheduling and all, lots off staff are gone for the Holidays.
I feel bad for the poor guy handling these, it's amazing they're getting many of these out at all, so have a little patience and mercy!

Seriously, that's gotta be a lot of work to do, I don't know why they're pushing to get these out when they're understaffed.
Time to muster the freaks and send them to Sideshow to help!

Btw, I quit the double boxing routine because they started to charge me an extra 8 bucks for each item, add Ca taxes on top and I had to drop it. BUT, even though, in most cases, I should get my SW stuff the same day as Wor-Gar, I will not create a disturbance in the force, that is, I will not post a slew of pics before the heralded WG Kitchy Kitsch shots. Maybe just one.
Some traditions should just remain intact.
