Older HT Alien Figs: How's The Rubber Holding Up?

i just got an alien warrior first thing im doing is mod podge it an then fix the broken knee

what is mod podge? Sorry for my ignorance

my Aliens alien warrior has broken in at least 5 joints haha and did within about 5 hours out of the box, but the rubber has held up fine over the years

well the paint was not falling off i just put it on its just a clear coat maybe you can see it here
