What's the problem here, Ink? Cut tape. Open flaps. Open inner flap. Remove styrofoam. Remove/cut tape. Remove base. Remove statue and insert into base. Take pics!!!

I got my Fedex shipping notice this morning. Will be at my door this Thursday.....we'll see how it gos. I also talked to a rep this morning at SS about the hight. She says they made the base smaller and thats why its shorter, but wouldnt tell me why they made the base smaller??
