Just talked to customer service this morning about my piece. They say I have to wait 2-3 days before they even look at doing anything about it. I cant even send pictures of whats wrong until they get around to emailing me about it first. She said I have to wait while I sit in the que. This is going to take forever man.....gezzz

Not really, I've delt with Jennifer before and shes really nice. But I got inthia (I think her name was) in the returns department. Sounded like she was having a really bad day. Said she would get back to me whever she can....in other words "dont hold my breath"

Seems the roles have reversed for me, i was all for this piece, when loads were moaning about it, but now that i have it its a 8/10, i feel decieved by SS, the gallery pics were all done in exact specific lighting to make the piece a different colour to the final product, Hulk looks pale, like he has a cold, he's not as vibrantly colourful as the previews showed.
